Trying to flash the bios of a fake gpu

I had a problem with a friends graphics card he bought a gtx1050ti but it appears to be a fake card. It actually is a gts450 so i tried to flash the bios, I have the correct bio, but I couldn't so i want some help with the problem i'm having each time I run a program here you have it:
