Hmmm, 3.12?

The results for the 3.13-RC doesn't look very good at the moment.

My guess is that you tried to ask what distro, am I right?

Mint is my personal favorite but others are Arch, Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora, RedHat, and OpenSUSE.

Steam OS is not the best choice for a new Linux User at the moment but as more and more features are added and bugs are fixed it may become a possibility.

Ligth gaming and web browsing.

For light gaming I am going to assume that means indie titles and MMOs. For now the AAA gaming library on Linux is small. Picking a popular distribution such as Ubuntu or Mint means that technical support is plentiful when things don't work. Now it is down to personal preference, google images of Ubuntu, Linux Mint, and Arch Linux.

1. Screw Mac 2. Screw IOS 3. Screw Appel 4. Screw you since you recommended it.

You know what? You asked a question and expected answers...So an answer came and you didn't like it,so you start treading other people like that?!?

And that just because it is the internet, also I'm the 14 year old here yet I only see you acting like one.

Oh well...Reported.

Elementary OS is nice as it's based off of Ubunutu but doesn't carry the bloated and slow feel of Ubuntu. Mint is also a good one

In his defense that actually did not answer the question, which was "what is the best version of linux?"

I get that it was not a ''correct'' answer to the question but is that kind of reaction needed?

Well no, but it is actually quite nice compared to other things on this forum.

Sure but still that doesn't give him the freedom to do that

Well that's nice. You ask for help from people yet as soon as you see something you don't like suggested, you start abusing them. If this is going to continue, please do not bother posting.
