Is is eBay deal legit?

Snotburger

This doesn't even look like a good deal. I'm not sure what you were looking at. A second gen i5? With no SSD,and just a 1060 3GB for $749?

Please. You could do a hell of a lot better building something even if you went to PCPartPicker.

Put it this way, if it is real then they are losing $$$s on each one they sell.

How? Did you even bother looking at the ad?

If the deal is too good to be true, then it is fake

This one isn't, though.

Ask for more pics, I don't think it's fake but you never know

$700 for an old CPU, mobo and RAM, and a 1060? I think it's a bit expensive buuuuut that's my opinion

That's not the original listing. The link originally went to a listing that was $70.

It was a copy paste of a different legit posting with a vastly lowered price so was almost certainly a scam.

I can't tell that though, now can I? Genius attempt.

And if it was $70, the OP is even stupider to believe that it was legit.

It says $70 in the OP. Might want to read things correctly next time and not get your pitchfork out or be quite so defensive over something that generally doesn't matter... but, whatever.
