Alternative to PG279Q

I'm looking to get a new monitor and was looking at the Asus PG279Q But it's a bit pricey and has only an average 3.9 rating on Amazon. 

My requirements are: 120Hz+, 1440p, IPS, VESA mount, true 8 bit color, and at least somewhat decent lack of back-light bleed. I don't need G-Sync, although it's nice to have.

 

Does anyone have any recommendations? I have this PC Partpicker list but none of them really stood out as better than the Asus one.
