Don't you think 850W is too much for a bronze PSU?

I mean at that wattage range I'd look for something more efficient

It's more that I doubt they need anywhere near 850W. In that case, a higher end, lower wattage PSU would make much more sense.

:)

See all PSU TIers

Don't just throw that link everywhere

that is just to give the user an idea not for a user that is deciding between two units

Oh saw that both are in tier 2. So both are okay? i wont go wrong either way right? xD

none you should be looking at at least 80+ gold top-quality unit for an 850W PSU, platinum or titanium if possible.

Something like RMi, whisper M, straight power 11, HXi, AXi or dark power pro 11 makes more sense

Any help is really appreciated :(

budget? country you are from? how do you expect us to help you without any details?

btw I think 850W is a bit overkill, 650W is fine, 750W should give you more than enough headroom for OCeing

The thing is im afraid of buying 750w cause 2 750w psu broke with my gtx 690. :(

You just had bad lock, 750W should be a non issue

and in case 750W wasn't enough then the PSU would just shut down once you push it, i wouldn't just randomly die

it seems like you got two defective units
