I need help, i cant get rid of the grub menu

I dual booted windows 10 and ubuntu 18.0.4, i deleted the partion and extended it onto my 1tb hdd and whenever i start up my pc i have to type exit everytime, how can i get rid of this?

Please click screenshot below, it's not very clear but you get the idea

i created a 40gb partition for ubuntu, i deleted it then added it back onto my 1tb and i cant get rid of that now

I always put my computer to sleep then hibernate then off with fast boot enabled. One of those bricks the bootloader and it restores the default one. granted that is for kali linux

Restarted my pc, press f12, when to boot tab and ubuntu was on default, change to windows. 

 This video was so simple lol
