your best bet would be to just backup your files and do a clean install.
Its the best, fastest and most reliable way in my experience.

Current build: Ryzen 7 1700x, asus prime x370-pro, 16gb gskill trident z rgb, asus rog strix gtx 1070 ti, corsair rm650x, nzxt s340 elite, samsung 840 pro 256gb, 1.5tb hdd.

How to move window from hdd to SSD

If you don't care, and don't mind the potential of having issues on the OS and program. Look into Cloning, as it has no or little error correction (depending on the method)

If you want assured solid experience: Backup your stuff and Clean install Windows and your program as suggested by Martjin. I would also spend a moment to make sure that your system is properly configured: UEFI enabled (if you have one), CSM disabled (if you have UEFI), XMP set to Profile 1, SATA controller set to AHCI mode, etc.

If you don't want to go through the reconfigurating everything you are sure that your setup is proper, then you can do: imaging. Time consuming, possibly will consume more time than a clean install, but it is reliable, and you have everything setup as it was, any issues of before will be transferred.

You could do many ways, Cloning(Could have some issues) or you could rip your windows key off of your computer using some programs out there, get a windows 10 install onto a usb drive if you don't have a CD, and launch it through the bios and run the USB and format your drives and do a clean install.

I clone with Acronis true image all the time. I rarely have had issues, if I do, a reclone usually fixed the issue I had. A lot of people use Macrium reflect for free. True image hd is also often distributed for free by storage manufacturers to support their drives as a value added software.

Clone (or image/restore) is the best way. Using Macrium Reflect rescue usb. And forget about "issues" that people heard about - from my personal experience, if you do it proper (when system is offline and if you use good cloning software), you'll get a perfect copy without any problems.

And about clone and imaging - in Macrium Reflect is basically the same and is not made without error correction. All file operations using error correction - it's impossible to copy anything without that (maybe years ago when first cloning software using sector by sector copy, but not today). You can even clone bigger drive to smaller using Reflect. And move partitions. It's no longer mindless cloning.
