i have an h320 and i want to take it apart and add clear tubbing and blue liquid and i though about getting a reservoir but it would be below the pump which is the cpu block so how would that work

Main Rig: i7 4770k @ 4.2Ghz, sabertooth z87, Gtx 980, hx 750 ,16gb vengeance pro, 120gb kingston ssd, 3tb segate

You will take of the current tubing and use the clear tubing instead. You can use both compression fittings or clamps.

but how would it work filling it if the res is below the cpu block/pump

Fill it normally and just let it flow.
