My black ops 4 won't start...

Hello, I am trying to play black ops 4 on this system, but It only starts up and freezes on the logo. Why isn't it working ? I have uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times now. What is wrong ? o.o 
Appreciate help!
It also asks me if I wanna start the game in safe mode because the graphics settings are not set or something.. I have tried both options "yes" and "no" no difference.
