Guys i am using adualcore e5700 OCed upto 3.15 

under heavy load test it's temperature is raising uopto 95C-98C

is it normal or else i wanna lower the clock

Lower the clock or get a better cooler ASAP unless you want to kill your CPU.

Lower the clock and never ever use that font again. 95 degrees is a lot above maximum recommended load temperatures (low 80's).

Drop the OC down or get a better cooler, your going to kill you chip running it that hot.

I had an E8400 @ 4.0Ghz and it never got hotter than about 50C with just a Freezer Pro 7.

 

What voltages are you using.

For CPU 85C is absolut max what it should reach under heavy stress test. Personally I wouldn't want it to raise over 80C. Lower OC, lower volts, get better cooler. Trying OC with something like stock?

Lower it. Above 90c would be dangerous for the CPU.
