Should i worried on a 1 little dot dead pixel?

hello guys, i just bought the monitor 1 month ago, BenQ XL2430T, i just noticed today that the monitor has a dead pixel 1 little dot on the left side,

 

- should i RMA it? 

- Does the Dead pixel will extend? or i will get another dead pixel?

Display manufacturers typically outline dead pixels in their warranty. Most will give you guidelines for pixels in your immediate viewing area and overall. If your display qualifies for the warranty, you could certainly RMA it. I've never had a dead pixel spread...and I have had a lot of displays with dead pixels before.

If it's annoying make sure the warranty will cover this. Mostly there have to be at least 3 dead pixels to be able to send it back and get a new one. But you could try if you want to.

In all likelihood, no.

outline means they dont cover the warranty?
