I made this list real quick, features a Ryzen 5 2600, GTX 1070, X470 motherboard, 16GB of memory, an NVMe M.2 SSD, Arctic Freezer 33 eSports One, CX750M PSU, all inside an NZXT H500.

this is a great option, i have a very similar builds.
if i where you i where to take this ^^^^ as a example and build upon it.
on looks or preference of brands etc, things like coolers, cases and gpu's can be very different looking and preferences differ.
also if you want to do more productivity the amd ryzen 7 1700x is currently very cheap.
but for €1500 the gtx 1070 ti is your best bet and the r5 2600 is great for gaming
