H500i Vertical GPU Help

Hey,

 

I'm planning on purchasing an NZXT H500i and I want to mount a GPU vertically. Would this riser cable work (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0731F743X/?tag=pcpapi-20)? Also, would I need a bracket? I've heard I wouldn't with this case but I want to be 100% sure.

Something like this is a better case for vertical GPUs.

That bracket should fit the caseimage.png.240d2758b4123ada70975236666d083b.png

 

Beware that using a Vertical mount will result in your GPU fans being choked by the glass, and your temps will go up (which could mean a loss in performance).
