website keeps giving pop-ups even after blocking

I was trying to access kissanime on my phone and in doing so, pop ups kept coming and I think I clicked one of them or something

 

Now, I keep getting notifications from a site and the pictures they give on those notifications are legit sex pics

 

How do I block those from showing up again?
