Dumb things computer builder do in korea

I recently bought a new gaming pc in korea though when I opened the computer there was all sort of problem one of the problem was that on my cool master hyper v2 vortex to safety peel was not peeled off and they still put thermal paste and let it go thinking that they could go away and then later I found out that they didn't even put a jumper plug so then I had to go out and buy one and re wire everything and then short out the jumper with a screw driver and they even put the sata cable all over the place so now there is cable everywhere so I am sort of triggers.
