Which is better? Dual xeon e5430 or single core 2 quad q9650

Hey guyz..

 

I have only two options..

One is a pc which has single q9650 and other has dual xeon e5430.. i will game on this pc .. and I don't need 100 fps.. i m happy in 50 - 60 fps.. and plz don't give me another options.. i will remind you i have only these options.. and another thing is that i have to edit videos a little bit too for my youtube channel.. but the main focus is gaming..the price is not much different though the dual e5430 one has a price 20$ higher then the q9650 one.. 

 

The cinebench score of q9650 is 328 cb

And xeon has 568 cb.. 

 

My gpu is r9 270 from gigabyte factory overclocked

8 gigs of ram..

Of those I would go for the dual xeon build. I am a fan of dual xeon rigs in general but also you will have twice as many cores which will be good for making your videos
