Posted September 24, 2018 Hi Linus Can you make a video showing what windows features can be switched on or off under the program and features. And also explaining what the use is for the features. I have some features that i want to disable but aren't sure what i can and can't disable. Posted September 24, 2018 Not really video worthy as there isn't a whole lot to cover there. What you can remove depends on what you need yourself. Which particular settings are you worried about? Just google what the service/application are used for. unless and unwanted features are depend on each user use case. For example SMB, you need to enable this if you want to share folder with other computer on your network and allow you to connect to SMB shares. Hyper V, you want this for virtual machine and applications which some do or not use. NFS for different network sharing protocol and list goes on. The default enable is left as it is, imo.
