Hosting mcpe server on android

How could I host mcpe 1.7.0.7 server on an another tablet.

Maybe even PC.

My tablet has android 6.0.1

My PC has dual boot windows 10 and Ubuntu gamepack

I do not recommend running ANY kind of dedicated server on a mobile device, nor I do know how to, assuming there's a server app you can even get for Android. This is because phones are not designed to run servers. You can run an MCPE server on a PC using many self-hosted and paid cloud-hosting options.
