No note worth it at all. Newegg netherlands has way better prices on memory.

Hi,

I want to buy new ram sticks, I want to upgrade from 8GB ddr3 to 16GB ddr4 (maybe 32gb).

I saw some cheap DDR4 8GB 2400Mhz for €91 ($107). But is it worth it? Like I need to wait at least 30 days before I get it. Is it as much powerfull than the other ones on regular sites?

(I'm from the Netherlands, so I have around 30 days waiting before I get my package)

DDR3 and DDR4 memory are not compatible in the same motherboards and with the same CPUs. If your system is currently using DDR3 memory, you will need to replace it with DDR3 memory.
If you want to upgrade from DDR3 to DDR4, you will need a new motherboard and CPU as well.

And to answer your question - No. It's not worth it to buy RAM from China. 91Euro/$107 is actually a really bad price for DDR4 8GB 24000Mhz. Much better deals on more conventional websites like Amazon or Newegg.

I didn't even notice that part. Yes you cannot upgrade from ddr3 to ddr4 without upgrading your motherboard and cpu as well
