It definitely is soldered.

According to the laptop model number you provided, it is an AMD A6-5200 CPU which is FT3 socket. FT3 socket is BGA (Ball Grid Array) which are soldered CPUs.

Also Mobile CPUs are soldered unless it's more than 6 years old. You can swap them out but you need a machine worth $6000 and one mistake and the entire thing could be unrecoverable.

The FT3 socket that your CPU uses is a BGA socket, which means it is soldered to the motherboard.

As for your memory upgrade, this is possible. Your motherboard has 2 SODIMM slots for DDR3L memory. You will need to check the compatible RAM configurations, as the service manual for the laptop only specifies support for 8GB of RAM with a single 8GB stick (no listed support for 8GB with 2x4GB sticks for some reason?).

Not all mobile CPUs, but pretty much all of the newer ones are soldered.

i was searching on net and i read that is posible to change a soldered processor that just is dificult and let a pro do it... but i wanna know if thats true? was a indian page btw...and what kind of techician i should go.. thx

You would still need to re-solder a CPU that is compatible with the motherboard. This limits your CPU options to whatever is in the same CPU family, and I'm not sure there really is anything better than your current CPU that would be compatible with that motherboard. There's also no guarantee that the motherboard or its BIOS supports any other CPUs other than the one that is installed.
Even if there was something slightly better than the current CPU, that was compatible with the system, the upgrade in performance you would receive from doing this would be so minimal that it wouldn't even be noticeable.

The cost of paying a technician to do the CPU swap, as well as the cost of the new CPU, would likely be more than the cost of just buying a more modern used laptop.

thx for your help.. another and the last thing.. what do you recomend for:

get a better performance from his laptop.

she wants play league of legends with me, but idk how to help her,

maybe a new SO? with less Req. specs? i veen reading a thread that says win 10 asks almost the same specs than win 8 but there says " if the Vram is on overcapaciti the sistem takes Ram to fill the caps or something like that"... if that is possible just upgrade to 8gb RAM and maybe.. just maybe it works a little better?

i install razer cortex and that just give us like 4 fps more xD

Yeah mate, just get a new girlfriend.

Or if you have sentimental attachment to that one, look at buying a new laptop or newer 2nd hand laptop.

What do you mean by "SO" ?

The Radeon HD 8400 in your girlfriend's laptop uses system memory (RAM) as Video Memory (VRAM) for the video card.

The laptop has 4GB of RAM, it might be reserving 0.5GB or 1GB to use a VRAM -- you can change this in the laptop's BIOS settings.

If you do not have enough RAM/VRAM, the performance will slow down.

If this is happening, upgrading the RAM will help.

The Radeon HD 8400 is not very strong to begin with.

Giving it more VRAM than needed will not fix a weak video card problem.

The HP HP 15-f003dx can support a maximum of up to 16GB RAM.

It has two (2) RAM slots.

If you want maximum RAM, you can use 2 X 8GB.

The system now only has 4GB, 1 X 4GB.

You can add 1 more 4GB for a total of 8GB  (2 X 4GB).

8GB should be enough.
