My downloadspeed is in a test 87.5 mb/s yet i'm only downloading with 10 mb/s

Go to solution Solved by iRileyx,

Steam uses MB/s not Mb/s.

8Mb/s = 1MB/s so that's about right. (8 bits make a Byte)

Like described in the title,

If I test my internet, it says my download speed is 87.5 mb/s but when I try to download a game for example on steam I only have 11 mb/s.

Im using 2 SSD's, 1 Crucial MX500 and 1 Samsung  860 evo, so that should not the problem.

Can anyone explain the difference? Or is it normal?
