PSU FAN NOT WORKING. BUT Computer is Running

good day :) like to know if it's bad if my PSU fan is not working but my computer is ok and running , But sometimes when i turn and reach the Windows Logo my Monitor will shut off but the Cpu/Fan still on, i need to start my Computer 3-4x to get the Right Startup .. thanks !

oh and i notice a Hissing Sound inside the PSU when i open it after 1-2 mins it's Gone.. i watched the PSU when i open the Computer but it's really not spinning ..

You may be brave and tough and continue using this PSU, or replace it to working one. :)

Specs? It might have a Zeor RPM mode for lowe power operation.

What make/model PSU is it? Some have a feature that only spins up the fan when it requires it. If the "hissing" is barely audible don't worry about it. If its loud enough that you could record it for us to listen to, that may be a bad sign.

No, it's bad PSU.

Depending on user interpretation it could be coil whine but your suggestions is obviously more likely. I just want to spare a user buying a new part unless it is 100% necessary.

it doesn't Have Special Features like it turns on when it's Hot. it's just and Ordinary PSU. maybe it's bad so Got no choice but to replace it :\

it may be just a faulty fan, you may clean dust and place a working 12cm case fan on it, test it on ultra cheap pc if you can...
