So I am looking on ebay, and I see a banner for Laptops $399 or less, I go and look at some of these laptops, and am absolutely shocked to see a laptop with a celeron processor, 4GB ram,  and 500GB Hard Drive selling for $349.99!! That is about the biggest rip off I have ever seen for something like this... I mean, what made these companies think that anyone would pay that much for a very underpowered laptop, that will most likely be too slow to use in maybe 2 years? Has anyone else seen laptops like this selling for (what I would consider) very high prices, for what you get in performance, and parts.

The main reason I consider this a rip off is because, I bought my laptop in december 2017, it has 12GB ram, 1TB hard drive, and a i3 7th gen CPU, and it was around the same price as the laptop above.
