Does anyone else have a problem with this? I have a real problem with anger management.

 

I'm usually a calm person but sometimes anger gets the better of me, i react stupidilly to a situation and explode without even caring about the consequences in that small moment. Afterwards and i mean right after i do something stupid i imediately regret it.

 

I tried everything to control it, but especially to try and see the signs i'm about to go crazy but it's pointless, i can't.

meh , you'll learn to deal with it, mean while check your thyroid, might be suggesting mood swings that could explain how it is happening out of your control while your body is working & depending on it.

Awareness to a problem or an area you'd like to work on is a very good thing.

 

I'd recommend spending more time outside. Going on short walks or just sitting outside for a few minutes helps me a lot. Set some time, even just 3 minutes, to just be with yourself without any external input. I used to walk around the block and listen to music everyday. After a few days, I noticed a more mellow feeling around humans the next day. Then, I stopped listening to music on my walks entirely and noticed an even more calm, grounded feeling and outlook on life. 

 

Also, if you have a short fuse, it's very beneficial to work out and eat more plants and leaves. Nutrition and exercise help regulate your energy and emotions enormously. Can't stress how big of a difference working up a sweat and eating less crap has made on my life. Start small and keep with it, once you feel the difference you will sleep better and be a different man or woman.

the way you put it really sounds like something i can relate to.

 

Know that i think of it i have stress like everyone else but i don't break the keyboard if my PC goes nuts. It's always humans that tip me over the edge, i can't remember a situation i dealt badly that didn't involved someone else. And i really don't blame other people, i mean i know some idiots, but i have the clear mind to see i react very badly. The problem is that the clear mind usually comes a little to late in this situations.

got a friend with the same problem, a girl so it's not only a guys problem, she started going to a jiu jitsu gym, this hasn't solved anything but at least she can now beat the shit out of anyone who gets her mad

Most people are stupid and that's irritating. Especially at work, it seems like 99% of people just get in the way, slow down my project or just straight up waste my time. Whenever I am dealing with humans, I try to talk as slow and softly as possible. After they finish saying or doing something, I do my best to wait a moment and deliberately blink my eyes or breathe before I respond. Not just in tense moments, but just in general. This helps you respond intelligently, be more productive as a team and communicate more efficiently. 

 

Finally, don't get emotionally invested in your expectations. Expectation is the root of all heartache and a big factor for outbreaks.

This would be better discussed with your primary care physician. My sister used to have "Anger issues", she was a total bitch. Then she started taking anti depressants and became slightly more mellow. Dont get me wrong, you piss her off and she will ripe off your head and shit down your neck, but shes at least tolerable. The point Im trying to make is it could be medical issues causing the problem. Also with all this anger, it could cause high blood pressure and you would want to make sure that get regulated.

not really a fan of drugs, really wanted to try something more like an exercise or something, if any will ever work. But if all else fails...

People can get angry (including me and you), that's normal, most also do things irrationally too.

When I'm angry I usually try to sit down, if that doesn't work I'll lay down on bed.

If that doesn't work, I'll try to do other thing to try to forget it. Don't talk about it, it might trigger you again.
