What CPU should I choose?

Hey, I am building a new computer and I'm wondering what CPU you guys recommend I use. Currently I am stuck between Intel Core i9-7900X and Intel Core i7-8086K. The computer will mainly be used for gaming and streaming those games. If you have any other suggestions on what CPU I should buy, I'd be more than happy to hear what you think.

 

Here are the other parts of the build I thought might help decide what to choose:

 

2x RTX 2080TI Founders Edition

G.SKILL TridentZ RGB Series 32GB

7900x, considering how performance-oriented (or lack of any care in good value) this build is going to be.

Don't even need it unless you're trying to game on a 4k 120hz display

The i9 8 core will be fine for 1080p 60fps Very Fast streaming

Threadripper is just useful to never drop frames or compromise on stream quality.

Need 2 to run tomb raider at 1080p 60fps with ray tracing on
