100 FPS and below while streaming with 1080

I have a i5 7600k ocd to 4.8ghz and 1080 ocd to max while streaming I get 100fps and less I know it’s my cpu but I also want to know if it’s possible to fix or will I have to buy a new processor coming out in a month?

What exactly are you trying to fix? What outcome do you desire?

100 FPS for a stream is more than enough, as long as you don't get any sub 60 drops, since you're likely broadcasting in 60 fps max.

It’s super laggy I need atleast 144+ I have stream settings set to 720p30 or 1080p30, it makes games almost unplayable

I'm assuming you're using OBS.

Try out GPU encoding in it; I believe OBS Studio supports Nvidia GPUs out of the box.

Since 144 minimum is something you desire, I would suggest turning down some of the graphics settings to see if that boosts your FPS. Typically speaking, most people don't need 144+ to make a game "playable". That would be incredibly unusual.

Check your CPU usage while playing.

Great hint here on how to improve FPS to over 100. Either drop graphics or get a new processor.
