so new   battleroyale game coming and I want to play it. I have   a bad  system im on a  budget . i play 1080p (  60hz monitor)
R3 1200 @ 3.1mhz

B350 Pro Vdh Microatx Mobo
2x 4gb gskill ripjaws V @ 3000mhz

Thermaltake  SMart series 650w 80 plus Bronze

Evga  650ti Boost  2gb (lol)
Samsung 24'' 60hz Monitor

im  well due for an upgrade on videocard, I want  a  decent experience , 300$  Canadian is  my  budget Limit on a  GFX card

You could get a GTX1050Ti for that no problem. Or a 2nd hand GTX1060 6GB perhaps.

I'd recommend he get try to find a used GTX 1060 6GB, try Ebay. They're used yeah, but it still does the same thing. Plus ebay has buyer protection. Places like Craigslist/LetGo do not.
