Why i have FPS lag in Battlefield 4 with this laptop?

My laptop specs are:

i5-8250U with Nvidia Mx150 (i have the strongest Mx150), 8GB DDR4-2400 ram. The fps from 60 jumping down to 30 (or less) in every 2-3 minutes for 1 second. My older laptop had i5-7200U with Nvidia 940MX +8GB DDR4-2133 ram and everything was fine there even with higher graphics settings.

The laptop is not overheating. The CPU maximum is 88°C and the graphics card maximum is 81°C.

Are your Laptop's still using hdd or already ssd?

If still using hdd that might be your culprit when the game is loading textures and stuff to render.

If on ssd might wanna check your task manager if any process or services that's hogging the resources once every 2-3 minutes.
