3.5mm Wire for Car

I need a 3.5mm cable for my vehicle so I can plug in my phone to listen to music. I want to keep the cord in the vehicle so I do not forget it when I leave the house. Can anyone recommend a cable that will be able to handle extreme heat in a work truck (hence some tugging, bending, and squeezing)?

Instructions for frustration management:  

1) Sit at desk.   2) Repeatedly slam forehead against desk.

 

I never said I was smart, just smart enough to be dangerous.
