Cs Go low fps on decent hardware

Hi guys,

I see on internet that on CS GO people with 1060 get over 200 fps, I know that CS is cpu based but with ryzen 5 1400 I should still get over 200fps. I have all performance settings on plus I am playing on 1024x768 with some high and some med video settings. Aa is maxed. I still don't know why sometimes I get around 120fps. Pls type some advice

I have fps counter and net graph so I can see it is fps

I benchmarked it and it is 682cb and OpenGL is 78.07fps

singlecore is 128cb, but with chrome open
