Is My CPU or PSU dead?

Mik_0727

So I was gone for a week and when I came back it just kind of stopped working. Before I went away it was working fine. When I turned my pc on the first time it came back, I logged in normally but then it started freezing up. Then i restarted it a couple of time but it was freezing on the sign in screen. After that I increased the ram voltage a bit because I already had this problem and that was how I solved it (the freezing). Then I cleared the cmos because nothing else was working. After that my pc wouldn't even boot. When I pressed the power button all the fans would start spinning and the fan on my graphics card also started spinning but my monitor said that there was no signal and the lights on my keyboard (I.e. the caps lock) and the lights on my mouse didn't work. I don't know what else to do! Pls help

Start with your power supply.

As you've had this problem before, I would try different RAM.

Probably gaming or helping technophobes with tech...
