For the most part you want to avoid using gift cards online. There are always issues. It would have been easier if you had transferred from giftcard to say a paypal or whatever service you prefer than to directly use a giftcard that cannot be properly verified.

Check your E-mails and see if you have any E-mails from them asking for you to verify something.

9/10 times, I wouldn't trust those sites because just like Amazon, they're a marketplace, based somewhere in the world with many people offering items for sale at low low prices.

"The only thing that matters right now is that you're here, and you're safe."

aliexpress is about as legit as amazon, or as is probably more accurate to say, aliexpress is the chinese equivalent of amazon.

the downside is that you're not buying from aliexpress, you're buying from a company that advertises their products on aliexpress.

it's kind of like asking if your local flea market is legit, while it's not as much the market as it is the people on the market that form the potential issue.

The only emails they've sent me is email verification when I signed up and this email right when I bought the H55

Payment for Order no. 9419892553637 has been accepted.

Currently, your payment is 'Being Verified'. After verification, the supplier will begin to process your order.
During this time, you are unable to do any operation on your order.

Create an account on AliExpress
to track your orders online, save your shipping and billing information, and more!

I'm guessing it's for security reasons

What was the outcome of this transaction?

I purchased a GPU from AliExpress recently and although shipping took just over 4 weeks, I received my GPU and it works very well. And is legit.

Overall its just like eBay, There will always be scammers looking for easy money online. Ensure you check feedback to verify the seller is legit and you'll have no problems.
