Depends on your region. I live in Canada and have already seen the 10 series cards drop around 10-15%, but it's entirely subjective depending on what you're looking to buy and where.

Yes. They will....but you neglected timeframe ;) 

For example, I'm sure in five years time I'll be able to pick up a bargain on a 1080Ti
