Mini Generator for PC?

I'm thinking of something like:

PC > PSU > Mini Generator > Outlet

 

So say if power goes out you could turn off the computer safely, is there such thing? just wondering

As said what you would want is a UPS what are your system specs we can better determine what you need for your system.

It's called a UPS.

Cyberpower makes good ones.

My PFCLCD 1500 actually works with windows and behaves like a laptop battery, so if power goes out it will automatically shut down the computer at a set battery percentage.

You can also do stuff like limit performance/power usage when on battery, and other stuff, just like a laptop would.

I don't have my parts yet, but it's nice to know there is such thing, I'll ask for help on picking one once I have my build
