Hi, what are the best budget for the CPU Air Cooler? that you can recommended? budget around 40-35$

Specs are:

CPU: i5 8400 (stock cooler)

Mobo: Gigabyte B360M D3H

RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8 2666mhz

GPU: Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 Gaming

SSD: 60gb kingmax

HDD: 1TB Seagate SSHD

PSU: Seasonic M12-II 520w EVO

Case: NZXT Phantom Full Tower (Black)

Monitor: BenQ XL2430T

Reason for looking at aftermarket cooler? Stock is enough for performance, and you can adjust speed if it's too loud. M9i is best low-budget cooler.

Where are you shopping / located and why are you looking for a new cooler? Why not use the stock cooler?

because my cpu temp getting 60-64c when playing assassin's creed origins is that okay?

Those are good temps. You're fine up to 80-90c at load.
