Looks like B does not come with dedicated graphics card.
You would want one if you want gaming.

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!

What package? Drop B and choose A

Unless you buy your own dedicated GPU for B, which we don't know your budget yet and what you'll do to your PC.

I wouldn't buy either of those two.

  • The motherboards are poor quality, with the Intel board being designed for Intel Celeron/Pentium CPUs, not Core i5s - as evidenced by the the product page for the board and total lack of VRM heatsinks. (edit, nvm, just saw the product page does state "Intel Core".)

  • Dual channel memory would be ideal, and faster memory would be better as well. Ryzen benefits a lot from faster memory, so 2400Mhz single channel on a Ryzen 5 2600 will most likely hurt performance. 2x4GB 3000mhz would be a better choice.
  • As already pointed out, the second system doesn't even have a display output. Ryzen 2600 does not have a built in graphical processor, so you need to use a dedicated graphics card with it.
  • The power supply is also not very good and you should avoid it.
  • No SSD, only HDD, which is unacceptable in 2018 for all but the most budget of builds.

What's your budget? What do you want the computer to do?

CPU: Intel i7 6700k  | Motherboard: Gigabyte Z170x Gaming 5 | RAM: 2x16GB 3000MHz Corsair Vengeance LPX | GPU: Gigabyte Aorus GTX 1080ti | PSU: Corsair RM750x (2018) | Case: BeQuiet SilentBase 800 | Cooler: Arctic Freezer 34 eSports | SSD: Samsung 970 Evo 500GB + Samsung 840 500GB + Crucial MX500 2TB | Monitor: Acer Predator XB271HU + Samsung BX2450

Vegas doesn't care about Quicksync and neither does Indesign, so the extra threads on the Ryzen will be your best bet here.
