Those temps are fine, what case?

What do you mean "fine"?

On my old i5-4670k with a H55 I had 35 idle and 65 during gameplay.

With the same cooler on R5 2600x I get 38 idle and 69 during gameplay.

I think there could be several factors, your fans could have died, your pump could have died, you might have used too little thermal compound, you might have accidentally left the protective film on the block on, if anything inspect your cooler for dysfunctional components.

CPUs can run up to 90C, the Ryzen CPU is soldered while his CPU is not

They can yes, but what I'm getting at is this: He has a dual radiator cooler, I have a single radiator cooler. My cooler is performing better than his. It should be obvious that something is up, with a cooler like his he should not be getting temps that high.

His case probably has no airflow or he's using mayo as thermal paste

What's the pump and fan RPM?

Can you feel the heat push out of the radiator?

Is the pump working at all?

Good morning guys ,

Different time zones...

My case is the NZXT 440 i just removed the top and front cover of the case and the temps droped to 35 idle to 60 while stressing the cpu with the intel  extreme tuning utility.

So the airflow was bad ?

I attach some screenshots to see for yourselves .

What airflow? lol fucking NZXT it appears to be totally sealed. That's why I always recommend high air flow cases unless someone needs a near silent PC with like a Define R6
