Does zotac 1070 bottleneck amd fx 8350 cpu ?

more like the other way around, i'd prepare for a cpu upgrade in the future.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Heatsink: Gelid Phantom Black GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual RAM: Corsair DDR4 2x8GB 3000Mhz mobo: Asus X570-P case: Fractal Design Define C PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 650W

So what CPU upgrade should i go for ? Suggest me a good cpu and a good motherboard ram gpu and smps.

Ryzen 2600 if on budget if not get i7 8700k or 9900k in october

I recently got yesterday 9 TB( 5tb portable Seagate + 4tb portable ) yesterday so CPU upgrade would take a new computer would take a bit of time but thanks for advising.
