Laptop freezing for short periods of time.

Hi guys.

My Laptop i got from work is freezing randomly. Each hour, there is some kind of "lag", like you experience it, if your game settings are too high (Framedrops, and the sound/music is lagging as well). Only diffrence is, I'm not gaming. I'm using office/Chrome etc...

The Laptop is not hot or anything, the fans are quiet and the CPU is pretty much from 0-30% used. (Yes, the machine is powerfun enough with a i7 8750H and a GTX 1050 4G)

I have no clue what the problem is.

Help would be much apprechiated

I agree with Master ZM Fong. Try upgrading the drivers and windows. At least for me, it fixes during the latest windows upgrade. I know windows upgrade actually fixed something
