Can I use the Win 7 OEM Key for Windows 10 Installation?

UnwantedLinks

I am building a new system for my Dad and I dont have the budget to buy a fresh $100 Windows Key from Microsoft. But luckily I found a Windows 7 Home Premium OEM Key. Can I use that instead of buying another Windows Key or buying another one from a Key website? Also if I can do it which architecture do I select because my OEM Key is a Windows 7 Home Premium.

You'd select Home, but I'm not sure if you still can use the Win7 key.  The free transfer period officially ended a long time ago, although MS may indeed still be allowing people to make the transfer if they claim to use assistive technologies (magnifier, on-screen keyboard etc).
