what tech company do you think has the best customer service?

so i recently watched a video by dave2d about tech companies customer service.  He highlighted companys for phones and laptops.  In his video he said that apple has probaly the best customer service which i can agree with.  but he didnt list all tech companys obvisley.  the list would be way too long.  so my question is which tech company do you think has the best customer service and who has the worst?  it can be phone, computer or computer part related company.  personally for me it would have to go to corsair.  everytime that i had to contact them about something, they were quick to diagnose the issue and get it resolved.  also i think that evga and samsung have decent customer service.  as for the worse, thermaltake and cooler master are up there as well as gigabyte and acer.  some of them just never respond to anything and others literally just dont care to help you.  ill link the video here so you can watch it and see if you agree with what he says.
