Help -Asus B350 plus unstable wired internet speed

I connect PC to router through lan, 500mb broad brand, the lan port light often goes red (some times its green and normal) and speed goes from 500mb to 100mb in speed test.

I plug same wire to another pc and it is fine.

 

reinstalled windows / drives doesnt help, what could go wrong ?

Try a different ethernet cable. What you're seeing here is a problem with auto-negotiation between router/switch and your PC. This can be as simple as a problem with the wiring in your ethernet cable. 

 

Could also mean a defective port on either end of the connection, so you'll have to test that as well.

it is windows update issue, thank you windows......

its solved, by updating realtec driver provided in mobo site just released
