i was seeing frame drops now low cpu score???

when i was in game i was seeing lower avg frames then normal then i benched my cpu it has a score 1/3 of the rest whats going on?????image.thumb.png.ed44608e17161d6772083da1dd6fdc9d.png

run a benchmark line cinebench and monitor the clocks at the same time. 

 

What are temps like?

50-65 while in game
