Installed Windows 7 with everything on Windows 10 as Dual Boot?

What if I put my 2 HDD with installed Windows 7 and everything (that I want to keeping) from my old AMD APU PC to new Intel Core i5-8500, B360 motherboard, GTX 1070 with Windows 10 installed on SSD as Dual Boot, will it be too complex to nursing Windows 7 on new system?

You will not be able to get windows 7 working on the newer one, as the newer motherboards/chips do not support windows 7 and vice versa

This is incorrect. Windows 7 will work but will give an error message in which an unofficial patch will fix
