Need a case/cooler

I have a gtx 1080 , 6700k, 2tb hard drive and a  256 ssd.  Looking for a white case.   This what what I am kinda looking at. Something like this or similar.

Budget is up to $150 for the case but the less the better =).  Also should i replace the fans on the case? Is it worth it/ are stock fans ok now a days? Been out the case game for 7 years

 

The cooler basically something that fits in the case Id prefer a  good air cooler as my board doesn't let me overclock.   Id consider non white cases but i really am tired of black cases.  

 

My board is a MSI ms-7996. There isnt much space between the ram and stock cpu fan.   I considered getting a new board but then id want a new cpu and that is a little out of my budget.

The Meshify C is a really nice HAF case.

 

There aren't many white coolers, other than the Deepcool Captain 240 EX. Dark Rock 4/Dark Rock Pro 4 will be good?

Arguably one of the best cases on the market (especially in white)

Depends on the case. Usually more expensive cases will come with better fans (if they come with any at all) Specifically Fractal uses their GP-12 fans in their Define series of cases. They're a better stock fan than most cases come with (both in terms of performance and noise), they probably dont need replacing unless you're looking for the absolute maximum airflow from something like Noctua.

https://pcpartpicker.com/product/LWbkcf/enermax-cpu-cooler-etst40fw Not a very known cooler, but it still performs as good as many others on the market. I used it in the Blue Build in my signature (black version) It should have 100% ram clearance with any board too

I recently did a full white build my best friend as a white version of my build. If you're doing air cooling, Deepcool makes a decent air cooler https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1357601-REG/deepcool_neptwin_white_version_cpu.html/?c3ch=CSE&c3nid=98. Case fans are actually hard to find, I used these BitFenix Spectre fans https://pcpartpicker.com/product/yvXfrH/bitfenix-case-fan-bffscfp12025wwrp and they look pretty damn sweet. For an airflow build, my co-worker has a Corsair Crystal 460X White, and I actually really liked that the interior was also white. I'll have to ask him about temps, but he was running an air cooled setup and didn't have any problems.
