Where to find a replacement for a damage heatsink screw

After days of trying I was finally able to remove a damaged screw from my laptop heatsink (Lenovo Yoga 720), unfortunately I dont know where to order a replacement.

Any ideas?

 

 

Also, its the lack of this little fella the reason for the 10 C variance between cores?

I'd bring one the the other screw to a fastener supply shop they can determine exactly what size it is just from looking it might be an M3 or M4 screw, something around that size.
