SpeedFan problem (only Smart Fan IV)

Hello!

I am having a problem with setting up SpeedFan and couldn't find anyone with a similar issue. I go to configure > advanced > Nuvoton nct6776F at $290 on ISA, and the only mode that exists on PWM 1,2,3 mode are Smart Fan IV and seven different <reserved> tabs... 
The motherboard I'm using is Maximus iv extreme. Is it outdated? o.O

Speedfan is horribly outdated... Last update for it was June 2016 so chances are anything that works now is lucky.

What program should I use? I cant adjust the fans from my Bios.

Edit: should I buy a fan controller?

There is another program similar to speedfan, but it is a paid program called Argus Monitor and it is quite good.

Its outdated, but not in terms of your mobo. It should work. Have you tried what happens when you select Smart Fan? Or any of reserved?
