For the life of me, I am unable to use Intel's site to submit an RMA for my CPU

Long story short, Intel's website is completely broken. I have spent the last two hours trying to submit at ticket, and have been unable to. Can someone verify that I am not insane? Let me describe my process.

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/homepage.html
Click on Support

I land on page Welcome to Support
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support.html
I click on Warranty and Replacement

Then get directed to "Check your warranty coverage."
https://supporttickets.intel.com/warrantyinfo?lang=en-US
On the drop down  I click Processor, I put in my FPO Number and my ATPO Number and click check products. The product is verified to be under support for another year and a half. I then click Request support for selected product.

I sign in.

Back to "Welcome to Support"

I try doing the same thing and keep getting looped back. I then click Contact Support, Then click Intel Processors, then click Online Service request. I get redirected to the sign in page AGAIN.... and back to Welcome to Support. I am unable to sign into the forums with my account... I am going insane. This is now a $400 Skylake Processor that just died. I have tested on three motherboards, and so I just want to RMA it. It is not delidded, it is just a freak accident...

Trying to get a RMA from the place you bought the chip from should be a much easier option, especially if you bought from amazon.

That way the store has to deal with intel BS, and you get a new chip.

I only see your reply if you @ me.

They only have a support number available on the weekdays... I am at work during that time, kind of makes it difficult to be on hold when I have to support my own users.

Do they have a live chat with email's?

Because ive received support much faster when talking with a human, instead of trying to use a broken rma website.
