High refresh rate replacement screen for Dell G3 15"?

As some of you know, the Dell G3 15 has a mediocre 60Hz, not very color accurate panel on it. It is a 1920x1080 15.6" panel with a 30-pin connector.
Does anyone know of a high refresh rate, bright, color accurate panel I can buy to replace the current one? At least 120Hz.

If its even at all possible, I would like it to be as seamless as possible which means no loss of features like brightness adjustment.

Only issue is that this screen stays stuck at 100% brightness. Unless they updated software.

This really doesnt help me, Ive seen the video... Thats why I am asking for people's opinions here and thats why I said no loss of features.

You also asked for a bright one so I made sure to satisfy on that part.
