EVGA 1080TI FTW3 What's wrong with my clocks!?

I just finished my first PC build and after I was done installing drivers and software/updates. I decided to look at my GPU stock speed and i'm a stupid NOOB  and don't know if having a temperature of 30c-40c is good or not. Whats up with my temperatures?  I have my fans running at 100% but it's not on a test bench or could it be because I live in Colorado?

What do you mean? Temps look pretty normal, 33-37C  is great.
Download MSI Afterburner, test the clocks under some actual load. It could be possible that EVGA software is misreading the clock values

OP bought a nice system, and instead of just posting it in the "post your rigs" section, he decided he needed the extra attention of a new topic by shrouding it in a non-question.

Pascal Undervolting topic, get more out of your card with less power!

Why high refreshrate monitors look better even without Freesync/G-sync in one image.
Stutters, framedrops, "lag". How to provide detailed information with your "bottleneck" question, as well as a few solutions.

It wouldn't have been as obvious if OP didn't include pictures of the boxes. I mean, that's a nice wireless adapter, but we can live without that knowledge
